Pleasantview Home Improvement
Management Team
Norman Yutzy is co-owner,
President, and Sales Manager for Pleasantview Home Improvement. Norman
has over 30 years of sales experience and is able to answer most of the
questions our customers have about products and services. In his spare
time he enjoys hunting and playing with HAM radios.
Vern Wickey is co-owner and
General Manager for Pleasantview Home Improvement. Vern has been
involved with the business since 1984. He recently joined the
sales department again.
In his spare time he enjoys playing golf.
Ken Yutzy is co-owner and
office manager for Pleasantview Home Improvement. Ken has been
involved in the business for over 20 years. He enjoys working with
the accounting procedures and helps keep the office running smoothly.
In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball
and listening to music.
Sales & Service
Team
David Miller is responsible
for scheduling all installations and service calls. He has been with
Pleasantview Home Improvement for over 40 years and will be happy to
answer any questions you have about products that need repair or about
your recently purchased products. If you have a question about
when your products will be installed, David is the man to call as he
does all of the scheduling. David enjoys riding bike with
his wife when he has time.
Laura Yutzy answers the phone and does the secretarial work in the office. Many of our
customers have enjoyed getting to know her over the years. She enjoys
traveling, eating out, and meeting new people. She has been a part of the
Pleasantview Home Improvement team for over 42 years.
Shirley Nisly has worked in customer service and
is the advertising and marketing director for Pleasantview Home
Improvement since 2001. She also helps with inside sales and is the safety
director. A graduate from Hutchinson Community College, with a
degree in Marketing and Small Business Management, she enjoys the
challenges of working in a small business setting. In her spare time she enjoys
being a part of her church's outreach program, playing sports, and
spending time with her family and friends.
James Shetler has been employed at
Pleasantview Home Improvement since 1984. He is currently working in
our contractor sales department along with helping at the different
trade shows we participate in. He enjoys the many different areas he
has worked in while working at Pleasantview Home Improvement. James is
active in the community and is on the pastoral team at his church.
James and his wife have 6 children.
Installation
Team
Wayne
Bontrager is our lead installer for all products except siding. His 12
years of installation experience at Pleasantview Home Improvement give
him the knowledge and expertise to install your products professionally!
Wayne has 5 children and is a preacher for his church.
Nate Nisly also works on
the installation team. His attitude of pleasing people with his work is
contagious. He enjoys the challenge that each day brings. Nate joined
Pleasantview Home Improvement in June of 2002. In his spare time
he enjoys playing sports and watching KU basketball. Nate and his wife, Marjene, have one
daughter.
Brian Wickey joined the
installation team at Pleasantview Home Improvement during the spring of 2004.
He previously worked in the production department for several years. In
his spare time he enjoys playing golf, hunting and spending time with
his wife and young daughter.
Siding
Installation Team
Jake Yoder is our lead
installer for the siding department. He has been with Pleasantview Home
Improvement since 1993. Jake is very knowledgeable about siding and
installs each job with the precision and accuracy that our customers
expect. When Jake isn't installing siding, you can find him working on
his farm.
Mark Yoder also works on the siding
installation team. He has been with Pleasantview Home Improvement since
1997 and enjoys the challenges his job bring him every day. His commitment to detail and accuracy make him a real
asset to the company. Mark and his wife have 2 beautiful daughters.
Naaman Headings joined our siding
installation team in 2003. He is excited about doing his job right the
first time and really enjoys pleasing people with his work. In his
spare time he enjoys playing volleyball and basketball.
Anthony Shetler has worked in the siding
department for 4 years. He also works on the seamless guttering
crew. He is a graduate from Pilgrim High School and
enjoys the challenge of working at Pleasantview Home Improvement. In his spare time
he enjoys playing basketball and softball and singing with his church
choir.
